$10,000 Backyard Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on 17 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 18 May 2025.
Entries must be received during this period.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Queensland aged 18 years or over.
  • To be eligible, individuals must purchase a Backyard ‘Blueprint’ Plan (Landscape + Pool Concept Design) from Grandscape Solutions at the promotional rate of $395 during the Pool Show event.
  • Employees of Grandscape Solutions and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the draw upon full payment for a Backyard ‘Blueprint’ Plan (Landscape + Pool Concept Design) during the promotional period.
  • One entry per customer.
  • Purchase must be made at the Pool Show.

4. Prize Details

  • The prize is a $10,000 (AUD) credit toward a future landscaping project with Grandscape Solutions.
  • The credit must be used exclusively for construction work delivered by Grandscape Solutions.
  • It is not redeemable for cash, physical products, or third-party services.
  • Any unused credit is forfeited and cannot be carried over or transferred.

5. Prize Draw

  • The winner will be drawn at random at 7:00pm AEST on 23 May 2025, using a verifiable method of selection.
  • The draw will take place at Grandscape Solutions HQ.
  • The winner will be notified via phone and email within 3 business days.
  • The winner will also be announced on our Instagram page (@grandscapesolutions).

6. Claiming the Prize

  • The prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
  • The winning participant must enter into a construction contract with Grandscape Solutions within 12 months of the draw date.
  • If the winner fails to claim the prize, Grandscape Solutions reserves the right to re-draw a new winner at its discretion.

7. General Conditions

  • This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entrants who breach these terms.
  • By entering, participants agree to be contacted by Grandscape Solutions for promotional purposes.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.

9. Legal

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and Queensland trade promotion regulations.
No permit is required as the total prize value is under $50,000 and entry is free with qualifying purchase.
